We Went to Disney world!!!

Get ready for a super long post! I have to break up posts because there are too many things to show everyone! We had an amazing trip to Orlando last week. Grant had a business conference there, so we decided to take advantage of his free plane ticket and take a family vacation.  Luckily for us, his parents wanted to visit that week and we talked them into going to Orlando instead!

The first night we got there we went to the hotel pool. It was a hit with both kids. Gabe is a FISH! I really think he wanted to swim already.
Splashing Jaypa...

We got into a habit of swimming after the kids got up from naps, then getting ice cream. I think the adults liked it just as much as Emory. Gabe just had to sit there and watch while we pigged out.
The next morning...... DISNEY WORLD!!! Emory did not know what she was in for!

We started off with Cinderella's carousel...
Too much fun for little bubba. Get use to this picture, it will happen again. and again.
Emory got to meet Cinderella, Belle and Sleeping Beauty. When we walked in the room Emory wanted to go straight to Sleeping Beauty, but she had to wait in line and see the others first. Once she got to Sleeping Beauty, she showed her the bracelet she just got. Sleeping beauty showed Emory her necklace and Em's response was, "yeah, I have one necklace and it's broken." Sleeping Beauty looked and me and I was at a loss.
Another highlight. Gabe just chuckled when he saw Mickie and Minnie.

Emory clapped the entire time during It's a Small World...
Of course we had to ride Dumbo...
 Joy!
 Sweet Gabe....
The rest of the trip to follow!

Halloween 2010...

Halloween was super fun this year. We got back in from our vacation in Florida (post to come soon!) late Saturday night and then had a day full of Halloween activities Sunday. Emory decided about 2 months ago that she wanted to be Snow White. She gets very into certain shows for a limited amount of time! So while we were watching Snow White for the ba-gillionth time, I thought what better to accompany our beautiful Snow White than her own little dwarf. Of course Gabe was Happy, never Grumpy!

We love starting our Halloween night taking pictures cousin Ella Grace! Aren't they just too cute!?!

After pictures, we went down to our neighborhood block party. There we met up with our friend's Donald, Angela and Abi the peacock. We did the exact same thing last year. I was pregnant last year, and Angela is pregnant this year, I am putting a stop to that cycle!

 So much fun with balloons...
 Such an adorable dwarf!
The trick or treating girls... Rylan aka Jessie, Emory aka Snow White and Abi aka the peacock.

 Here we go!
Our first house on the stop, same as last year...
Grant said that Gabe was not focused on trick or treating. The bucket is for candy, not to go on your foot!
 Sweet friends....

After a good time trick or treating, back home we went to look at all the candy. Emory did a fantastic job and some how managed to get more than one piece of candy at most houses. Who can resist Snow White?

9 Months Old!!!

Holy Cow! Gabe is such a big boy! He is just amazing and we are so blessed to have him. I guarantee you have not met a happier baby. Everything is funny to him, the latest thing is Emory yelling gibberish at him in the car and he just chuckles. His 9 month check up went well, he was 28.25in long (50%) and he weighed 19lbs 6oz (35%). He is a little bigger than Emory was at her 9 month check up.

Big sister wanted to join the fun...
 Sweet brother and sister!
And here is where I lost control (if I ever had any to start with!). Things started with a loving hug...
 Then a gentle tickle.....

 And more tickles....
 Such a good time together!

Pumpkin Patch!!!

My parents were in town last weekend and we took all the kids to a pumpkin patch at a church up the street from our house. Emory was very into picking out her pumpkin and Gabe was very into tasting his pumpkin.

 Silly Grandpa!
Beautiful cousin Ella Grace...
I thought this pictures was silly of the kids. This is how our pictures will be with the three of them, random.
The girls smiling, Gabe looking rather confused.
"Oh hey Ella, when did you get here?"
 There's my handsome little guy!!
 Too many pictures.
Mmmmm, licking pumpkins makes it all better.

Emory was very excited to get the wagon and collect our pumpkins.
Gabe got his pumpkin and we were ready to go!
