Arboretum Fun!!!

On Friday we took our first trip of the season to the Arboretum, and how fun that we were able to meet the Cooley's (minus Matt and Caden, but adding Kristi's mom)! It was a little windy, but overall a beautiful day. We suggested the kids hold hands while we were walking in, Emory was all for it, but Carson didn't like the idea.

We walked to the hills so the kids could do some rolling. Grant had to help Emory roll but Carson was a champ.

That didn't get enough energy out, so we walked over to the lawn area for some running. Emory was taken over by a group of 7 year old girls and played tag for the first time. Then Emory and Carson chased Grant around.

Carson's Kiki gave them both some Easter gifts with candy, so Emory did plenty of eating while playing. It was her first (of many) candy necklaces!

Sorry, no pictures of Gabe. He was tucked away in the car seat the whole time.
