Daddy Painting the Dresser

Last weekend Grant painted the dresser that we got for baby. We found it at a garage sale, but it just needed a little attention. We sanded it down and painted it black to match the crib. Hopefully baby will like it!

Chelle also decided to make her own baby bedding so she has been busy as well. She made the bumper, a blanket, crib skirt, and even a little pillow. We'll get some pictures of it all once it's finished.

Baby has been kicking very consistently and with much more power! We keep telling her to get it all out now so that once she's born she can just sleep and sleep... The books say she is now about 2 pounds and over a foot long. Chelle also found her these adorable pink shoes to reward her for all the kicking.

What adorable shoes! And I'm SO impressed with the two of you....sanding, painting, and making your own bedding! I know your nursery will look perfect! Good luck as you continue to work! We can't wait to see the finished product!
